This report further examines the role of HR professionals in organizational ethics, as well as the types of standards and practices that organizations have in place, and the behaviors of top management, supervisors and nonmanagement employees that shape ethical culture. HR professionals were also asked about the pressures that they face in compromising their organization’s ethics standards, types of misconduct that they have personally observed on the job and reporting of ethical misconduct.
